Durham Combustion was contacted for the following reasons:

• Customer wanted to address identified deficiencies.

Service Assessment:

• Existing Bailey Miniline pneumatic combustion and feedwater controls were obsolete.
• Boilers would intermittently trip, no first out annunciation to capture cause of trips.
• Field and panel wiring was undocumented.

Service Call & Assessment:

Replaced Bailey Miniline 500 pneumatic combustion and feedwater controls with Delta V.

Redesigned burner management system and interfaced Honeywell 7840 flame safeguard / expanded annunciator status and timing functions into Delta V via modbus.

Provided TSSA field approvals.
