Address equipment deficiencies
Improve the existing local and remote BMS status indication and alarm enunciation
Service Assessment:
Boilers #1 and #2 would intermittently trip
The Panalarm would fail to enunciate trip cause
Wiring was installed in a sub-standard manner
Service Call & Assessment:
Replaced existing relay logic, antiquated flame safeguards and Panalarm with Allen Bradley Micrologix based relay logic system and Fireye Micro M’s interfaced to local and remote Allen Bradley Panelview 600’s.
